She serves as the first point of contact for clients, manages the Principal Owner’s demanding schedule, and oversees day-to-day office operations with professionalism, discretion, and care.

Tyla brings over a decade of experience in financial services, healthcare, and client service. Before joining GFP, she supported physicians and patients at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center, managing complex scheduling, sensitive records, and departmental coordination. She also worked at John Hancock, where she assisted clients and agents with life insurance and retirement plan services, licensing requirements, and compliance matters. This diverse background sharpened her organizational skills, problem-solving ability, and commitment to service.

Known for her warm communication style and meticulous attention to detail, Tyla embodies GFP’s values of Integrity, Reliability, and Leadership. Her coaching and mentoring experience outside of work also reflects her ability to support others, anticipate needs, and bring out the best in those around her.

Outside of GFP, Family is at the center of Tyla’s life. She treasures time with her 18-month-old son, who is everything to her.
